A bunch of my friends are about to serve their national slavery in a week or two time. Its that phase in life (if you live in Singapore) where all the guys need to waste their time learning military stuff, do loads of push ups and turn into a real man(?!?!). Oh yeah for those who dont know yet, Tekong will be my next home starting 8 october onwards. So to so call celebrate our freedom before we turned into "real man", we decided to have a gathering with good clean fun. So we had a BBQ pit at pasir ris park. No alcohol no booze. Who needs them anyways. We're not those typical malays who took pictures proudly holding cans and bottle of beers at BBQ pits. All we need are non sense jokes, good companies, good food, ghost stories, and guitar to create cheesy love songs on our top of our heads. These are the things we need to get ourselves "high" haha.

At the midst of all these, a friend of mine said he came across a news in the internet saying that Megan Fox used to be a man! oii lahh! Megan Fox? A man?!?!? Please tell me its a rumour! Whatever it is Megan Fox is and always be a girl to me no matter what hahah. Anyways heres something my ears been addicted to lately. Parachute.

Actually i realised something, i think i'm a fan of reality TV. Well not all of them but here are some of my favourites. American Idol is one of them. Yes i am hoping for Kris Allen to win the title of American Idol this year. Compare to Adam lambert, Kris got more talent musically. He got skills on the guitar as well as the piano and plus i kinda like his music style. He deserve to win.

Life of Ryan. Although theres alot of teenage drama here and there like any other reality television show on MTV, at his age right now i must say he is one of the most successful athlete out there. He turned pro at the age of 13 and work his way up and earn his name among the other legendary pros out there. It really amaze me to see that someone his age can be a millionaire just by having a career as a skateboarder. Whereas here in singapore, even the most popular athlete in any sports, even at their elite level, who have won medals for the asian games and any other games couldn't match up to Ryan's success in his sporting career. This just show how good singapore's sporting scene is -_- haha.

I was kinda bumbed the other day(monday) cause i just realised that channel5 wont be showing ANTM this week. Cant see my favourite girls on TV. Marjorie and Analeigh ^-^v hohoho! kinda disappointed though. And there's another thing that i'm disappointed at. Apparently Marie Digby's new album leaked and i took a listen. Gosh her music changed! arghh! Why marie why!?!?!? haha. Lots of electronic drum beats and loops but can't deny, Marie is gorgeous! Im still a fan! ^-^v

and yes besides Breathing underwater, she's going to release another album of japanese songs hoho

So Man U won the premier league cup the other day. Just like i expected. Just like everybody expected. Its kinda predictable that they would win. Well I'm not really a huge hardcore soccer fan myself, and no offence to any Man U fan, but here's my thought : I'm really starting to get bored of Man U winning everytime. Honestly to me there's no excitement in watching the Premier league, knowing and could already predict that in the end the same old team gonna win over and over again. Maybe thats why i lose interest in watching soccer in the first place. Well but then maybe, i'm just not a true soccer fan hahhahaha!

In the other hand, here's something i discovered. Mat Kearney. I must say his music is kinda unique. He plays the guitar and piano and has a acoustic/ folk kinda vibe. Why i say his music is unique, because he raps as well. Haha yeah i didnt know acoustic/ folk kinda music could mashed up so well with rap. And alot of people thought that his voice is kinda alike with the guy from coldplay.

Today, me and the usuals made our way back to a place we use to call school. For all these while i'll admit, i miss RP. So there we were sitting at the 2nd floor at cafe esplanade, doing what we always do best. People watching. Hahaha. Lots of new faces and of course some familiar faces. And seeing an ex-classmate from afar, reminds me how pretty she is with that same old black cardigan.(?!?!?)

Made our way to Yishun for X-men origin: Wolverine. Was really surprise that causeway pt, cathay didnt release that movie in their theatre. But after watching, i didnt really get the hype about that movie. It was not too boring, and not that increadibly awesome. It was just...ok. I guess i'm not really a wolverine fan. But out of all the characters in the movie, must say Gambit was the coolest. Then after the movie we had an encounter with a typical non-sXe malay mat, who definitely have a typical narrow perspective assumption that all malay guys smoke. And he was clearly dissapointed knowing nobody in the group smokes. How ironic.

Been discovering lots of music from acoustic solo artist lately, Joe Brooks, Adam Swink, and Luke Pickett are afew of them. It really amazed me to know huge talents like these aint yet fully discovered and making it huge in the music industry. Be sure to check Luke Pickett out. Simply amazing. Go youtube, myspace, i-meem him or whatever. His Songs are beautifully sung in a soulful voice which brings a dreamy affect that will have an auto-reminiscences of thoughts in your mind.(?!?!) haha.

The other day i woke up from sleep, laze around for awhile and went to the bathroom. I looked at the mirror and realised that my moustache is getting more and more noticable hoho(?!?!) . I took a good look at it for awhile, trying to decide what to do with it. Since its the school holidays, i'm not working and spending most of my time at home, why not try keep it right? haha. But after 5 and 1/2 hours of consideration i decided to shaved it off, after picturing myself as the guy from the mythbusters, the one with the crazy facial hair and always seen wearing a black barret.

OK i have no idea why on earth am i talking about moustach for the whole 1st paragraph.

So last few weeks i watched watchmen. For a superhero fan, i think the characters are pretty cool. Although i have never read the comic or what so ever, in my opinion the whole movie is very political based. Its one of those movies that makes you think. I'm not saying that the movie is boring but it could be very interesting if watched with full concentration to fully understand the story (?!?!) But kudos to the fight scenes. Personally one of the best fight scenes.

But ok honestly for the past 1 hour i've been looking and searching for something cool to end this entry. And i finally found it hohoho. This is it!!!

and i cant believe winds of plague plays most of their songs in standard E tuning.....

Eversince school ended, i've been slacking and rotting at home doing nothing accept for staying up till late in the morning and waking up late in the afternoon. I think its time for me to get a job but then i think its too early to get a job haha. I just wanna embrace the total freedom i have right now hoho.

This past week was amazing. Had a reunion gathering with my schoolmates. We went to lucky plaza to eat their famous ayam penyet and gosh the chili was damn hot. But it was the best ayam penyet i ever tasted. Then its chalet time. Stayed at aloha loyang for 3 days and 2 nights. Had a blast at the chalet and yeah it was freaking crazy.

And Yes.... Parkway drive!!!! Freaking br00tal!! \m/

3 years have past in a blink of an eye. Time flies so quickly and we didnt even realise it. As the weeks shortens into days, some of us have self declared their holidays and even self declared graduates. Whereas for me, i make an effort to come to school everyday, just to experience the same old routine in school everyday for the last few days.

I must say i'll miss the cheap worth it food at TRCC. 4 dollars meal which will leave you full till the end of the day. I'll miss the train ride to school and seeing those familiar faces every morning. Although i do not know them, there are times i wish i could have said hi to them. I'm definitely gonna miss the carefree environment of the school. No major exams, no homework to do everyday, and the projects were all manageble. But most of all i'll definitely gonna miss hanging out with the guys every 1st and 2nd breaks, looking and talking about girls in school we know we never dare to even say hi to.

The last day of school was filled with feelings that i could not describe. Mix feelings of happiness, relieve, accomplished and sadness. It only felt like yesterday when we first had our matriculation day, had our ID photos taken and laptops bought for the next 3 years of education. All of that are safely stored as memories as we look at RP for the last final time as students, before we leave the place

Woah 2 more weeks of school and then i am done schooling! I just cant wait for FYP presentation to be over and done with. And i really hope NS can wait till maybe the mid or late of the year hohoh. And I just got this weird feeling in my gut that tekong would be my next "home"!!! arghh damns !!! haha.

So katarzyna got eliminated yesterday :(
It was painstaking to watch her go. Her elimination got my convinced that the whole season was scripted. Im sure the judges already had their choice of winner since the start of the cycle cause they did not have any plus size models yet to win the competition. But seriously to me its the worst elimination ever. Whitney was in the bottom two for several times and plus she is just too" fake" in every photoshoot. But katarzyna to me has been consistent since the start and plus she got the most unique and gorgeous face compared to the rest. She should have won the whole thing. And i just couldnt understand why they keep mispronouncing her name!??!? haha

The other day, we were having a class discussion about the term 'Mainstream'. My facilitator go round the class asking each of us our opinion of the term and she also asked somthing like "Do you consider yourself mainstream?" Alot of my friends said they are while some who said they are not, gave some lame reasons.

Well my answer to her question was, "I am not a mainstream person". Why? Because i am different. I am different from most teens out there. I dont smoke, i dont drink and i dont do drugs. I am straight edge. Yup the way i see it, teens like myself are indulging in all these things like nobody's business. Its a norm for teens to consume these stuff like it is a part of their leisure activity. Well i dont dis, anti, or hate people who consume these things. Its their life. Its their choice. Just like how i choose to mark the X at the back of my palm. Its my life. Its my choice and i am confident to uphold it till the day i die.

and on a lighter note, lately i accidentally watched America's next top model cycle 10 on channel 5 (hehe) and i think the models this round are different. They are more errmm....cute haha. And Katarzyna Dolinska caught my eye hoho (?!?!?). I was hoping she won the whole competition but i checked and she got eliminated on episode 10 :(

I had the most tiring sunday ever last weekend. A friend of mine offered me, azfar and Usop a job that is worth some good cash. It was at a malay wedding and we had to wash plates and all the utensils. We were enthusiastic at first, thinking that its gonna be simple job to do. But what the heck, it was really painstaking. Piles and piles of plates and utensil keep on coming non stop. All of our shirts and pants were drench from the process. But nonetheless it was a great day, we had fun from spraying water to each other, stepping on mud(?!?!) and crazy ass jokes in a language that only us would understand.

But the funny part was, all of us were traumatized by the whole experience. All of us had the same experience that night. When we tried to close our eyes and sleep, all of us could still vision more plates coming and piling up for us to wash! haha!

and i've listening to justin nozuka lately. He is one talented musician no doubt. This is one of my favourite songs from him

Am i chinese looking?? Alot of people seems to think so. Early this semester, new classmates, new faces, one of them almost mistaken me to be a chinese. Well she said that my sideview makes me look like a chinese(?!?!). Some even offered me sweets and candy during class although they know its fasting month. And i still remember when i was in year2, one of classmates said that my hair dont look like a malay hair(?!?!) hahah!!! And then theres this guy, a friend of a friend but wasn't that close, whom i met almost everyday, just discovered that i'm malay.

Guy: eh i thought you chinese...
Me: takde lahh aku da lama sebenarnye melayu(?!?!?)

but nevermind lahh. Maybe with my "chinese looks", i can get to know with more chinese girls??!?!?!? (ahhh mampossnyerrr :p)

haha anyway i just watched wujud part 2 a few days ago. I must say it was quite scary than the first one. I still remember watching it in class with a few of my friends. I can tell from their faces that they're scared after watching that dvd haha. One of my chinese friend even ask something which made me laugh for awhile

I think its been a week now since the school holiday started. So far its been great. I started jogging every afternoon for the past few days now hahah. Training up my stamina. ?!?!??! Anyways i think i wont be occupied in doing anything till the last week of august cause thats when the first FYP2 meeting will start. This time the topic seems pretty interesting. So kinda looking foward to it. (haha serious per!??!?).

Other than that, The past weekend were well spent with fun and laugter at Pan pacific hotel with my family and roy's family. It was very convenient for us to hang out around city hall area as we dont really need to worry about going home late because the hotel is located at marina sq. and on saturday morning, i even walk around marina sq buying breakfast without even bathing first. And anyway i would like to thank my brother, roy and isk for the birthday treat. Alright here are some pictures at pan pacific hotel. Majority of the pictures posted here have no meaning or motive.

Yessaaah....nearly reaching the end of FYP. Report done but overshot the word limit with extra 2000 words hohoh! Now what's left is the presentation. We had a mock presentation on Wednesday and i must say that our presentation went quite well. Although there are a few ammendments need to be done here and there, i must say we did quite well. OK i dont want to be over confident after all this is only a mock presentation. The actual day for the presentation would be next week wednesday. Dress code formal, smart casual hahah! I really cant wait for the end of next week when everything is over! FYP shits will be done by then. But then this only means the start of FYP 2! woohooo !!!! -_-' ?!?!?!?!

I was searching for songs from emarosa new album "Relativity" at google, and amazingly i got to a page where i could download the new album hohoho. Emarosa sure did the right move by bringing in Jonny (previously from DGD) as their new lead singer. His voice is amazing and unique. Been repeating the songs from the new album. Each song is just amazing on its own.

whoaaaa its been a long time since i updated this LJ. There's nothing much to update. The usual routine almost everyday. Wake up, go to school, go home. When the time i reach home, i'll be damn tired. The same thing all over again the next day. Leaving no time to do my FYP. Talking about school.....the discipline master has just sent an email to everyone regarding proper attire in school. Due to alot of feedbacks from the public and staff, the school have listed down some unacceptable attire. OK take a look haha!

haha rules are getting more and more ridiculous. No caps allowed in school?!?!? Although i'm not much affected by that but still......., no caps in school?!?!?!? yeah and anyone who are caught with these attire, will be fine. OK try imagine this. You are caught by your facilitator and was fined, all because you were wearing a cap that day. Ok I think this is stupid. And the long hair rule reminds me of secondary school days hahahah! Your hair must not cover your eyebrows, ears or touch the collars. haha ok i think this crap and i wont cut my hair. This is my final year in school and rebel is the only way! (bole ke?!?!)
